Start with the displayed registration route

The registration page is intended to help you follow the route shown on screen. Conditions, prompts and available steps can change, so read the page carefully before selecting anything. Use the information displayed at the time you visit rather than relying on an older description or assumption.

Before continuing, check that you are on the intended Oshi registration route and that the page is displaying the information you expect. If the route changes, pauses or directs you elsewhere, take a moment to read the new page before proceeding.

Registration checklist

1. Read the opening instructions. Check the wording shown on the page and identify what action is requested first.
2. Check each field before entering details. Make sure you understand what information is requested and whether any field is marked as required.
3. Review the displayed conditions. Look for any terms, eligibility notes or limitations shown during the registration process.
4. Check your entries. Correct spelling, contact details and other information before submitting a step.
5. Continue only when the route is clear. If the page presents a new instruction, read it fully before selecting the next option.
6. Keep track of the route you followed. If you need to return later, note the page section or instruction that you reached.

What to check before continuing

Registration details can depend on the conditions displayed when you visit. Look for clear wording about who may proceed, what information is needed and whether any additional confirmation is requested. Do not assume that a detail is available simply because it appears in an older guide or on another page.
